Mandatory Requirements
Contract Roles
Demonstrate an interest in pursuing contract roles. If you have a preference for full-time work, at this time we are only providing contract opportunities.
Work Location Flexibility
Be willing to work at the client’s office as required. Most roles will require a hybrid work arrangement.
Track Record
Show a history of success and competence in specified IT roles. Public sector positions will require a demonstrated tenure of experience.
Communication Skills
Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills. We highly value maintaining an open discussion with our network.
Adaptability
Adapt to changing project requirements and technological landscapes. Flexibility and an interest in self development is an important quality in subcontracting.
Problem-Solving Skills
Navigate complex
IT challenges effectively. Contract roles can mean having to motivate yourself and find solutions to difficulties.
